WEEKLY GROUP MEETINGS Centering Prayer is a gentle, silent method of consenting to God's presence and healing action within us. Based on the rich Christian contemplative heritage, Centering Prayer offers us a way to be open to God. By taking time to "rest in God" each day, we open our awareness to the gift of God's presence.
Mercy Center Auburn is offering our spacious and beautiful landscape and our contemplative environment of serenity and quiet for a weekly Centering Prayer Group. The schedule is as follows:
Every Wednesday (9:30 to 11:00am) Centering Prayer & Lectio Divina (no fee)
Every Thursday Evening (6:30 to 7:30pm)
Centering Prayer & Lectio Divina (no fee)
All are welcome to join us. There is no charge for this weekly prayer group meeting.
CONTEMPLATIVE OUTREACH OF SACRAMENTO/STOCKTON AREAS (COSSA) Contemplative Outreach of Sacramento/Stockton Areas (COSSA) hosts several Days of Prayer throughout the year. The gatherings are on Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The Cost is $35 and includes lunch.
